ISO 22301 specifies requirements for planning, establishing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and continually improving a documented management system to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events. This intensive 5-day program prepares delegates to conduct audits and verify conformance with ISO 22301:2019.
The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), emphasizing audit principles, procedures, and techniques. Participants will learn how to manage an audit program, conduct audits, and ensure organizations are effectively prepared to handle disruptive events.
Overview
This comprehensive 5 Days course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform and lead effective audits in accordance with ISO 22301:2019 standards. The course covers audit principles, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities, as well as managing an audit team. Upon successful completion, participants will be able to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on an audit of a management system to establish conformity with ISO 22301:2019 and in accordance with ISO 19011.
